East Beach Capital has started a Northern California based Opportunity Fund.  This fund allows investors to take advantage of the three Opportunity Zone Tax Program benefits, (1) deferral, (2) reduction, and (3) exemption of taxes.

With experience building over 3000 multi-family residences in the San Francisco Bay Area, East Beach is able to act as both GP and Developer, preventing a double-promote that many funds and third-party developers would otherwise charge.

EBC works as manager of the fund and each portfolio entity.  Using its real estate expertise, EBC sources and evaluates multiple deals taking advantage of tax benefits and maximizing profits to the investor.
