Ed has 40 years of experience in real estate investment and development of technology office, apartment and hotel properties in key U.S markets for more than 150 institutional and private investors. He is the co-founder of Rockwood Capital, which he led as Chairman and CEO for 20 years, from 1995 to 2014.  From 2011-2018, Ed was both an investor in and Director of Mill Creek Residential Trust, LLC, one of the largest apartment builders in the United States.  Ed graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in History and received his J.D. from Fordham Law School.

Peter has over 13 years of experience in real estate, financial services, and compliance.  He has worked for two federal banking agencies, two AmLaw Top 25 Law Firms and three startups.  He advises entities on fund formation and structure, compliance strategies, and due diligence efforts of portfolios in real estate.  Peter double majored in Communications and Managerial Economics at the University of California, Davis.  He received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and his LL.M. in Securities Law and Policy at the American University's Washington College of Law. He is a registered lobbyist and is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia.

Amir is a recognized and experienced leader in developing high-density mixed-use multifamily projects in Northern California.  In his roles as founding partner at 4Terra Investments and previously as Group Vice President at Archstone, Amir led acquisitions, entitlements, and construction activities on projects producing over 2,500 apartment homes in high barrier-to-entry Bay Area markets.  In addition, Amir has extensive experience developing projects in the Berkeley sub-market and is currently overseeing the construction of the Jones Berkeley project, a 170-unit development built for Shorenstein Multi-Family.   He is a resident of Berkeley and received a BS in Microbiology from UC Davis and a Master’s in Health Policy and Administration from UC Berkeley.

E.J. is a co-founder of Miramac Capital, a private commercial real estate lender based in Los Angeles where he is responsible for all aspects of strategy and operations. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director at Arixa Capital, a real estate bridge lender based in Los Angeles where he launched the firm’s commercial real estate finance business. He has over 16 years of real estate and finance experience having closed over $10 Billion in transactions. Previously, he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse Securities USA where he worked for 11 years primarily overseeing capital raising efforts in the West Coast for private companies and launching the firm’s large loan CMBS business in Los Angeles. He has financed every major asset class including multifamily, mixed use, malls, outlets, offices, data centers, and others including a $220 Million CMBS loan on Hollywood & Highland owned by the CIM Group.  He received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BA from Middlebury College where he graduated cum laude. He is a registered broker in California where he resides.
